These Boots Were Made For Walkin'....

As I stated in an earlier post, I bought a pedometer to simply get a baseline on my daily movement.  I'd really like to get to a goal of 10,000 steps a day!

Yesterday I walked 4120 steps.

Huh, who knew I moved that much.

I think it'll be a pretty productive tool to help me track fitness and activity levels and chart my day.

Maybe we should start a challenge huh?  Anyone game?
